"Very old school, unassuming place. Believe this space used to be a diner, but don't let that fool you... Dollar for dollar, one of your best choices in the Essex/Union County areas. Their Baby Honey bbq ribs is a unique and fabulous appetizer. They have very fresh dumplings, and excellent soups. They have a large and diverse entree menu. One of the few places still offering one of my Chinese-American favorites, Chicken and Walnuts. Noodles, fried rice, and duck all very good. Conveniently, you can order a half duck with any if the duck dishes. Very nice for 2 people. I haven't been disappointed by anything here. This is easily a 5 star spot. One of my top 5 in Essex, Union, Morris counties."

"I'm a foodie (i.e. SUPER PICKY) and I've been going here for 20+ yrs. Spicy won ton app (keep sauce for rice with dinner) Shredded crispy sezuan (sp) beef is a must, add the sauteed green beans. Notable fav's Mu shu, lemon chicken, sweet and sour. Nothing ive had there I didn't love."

I’ve been there twice recently and this is the best Chinese food in the area. I can even take my wife here and she usually hates Chinese food. I’ve had the Kung pao, general tso, and beef lo mein. All were delicious.
